江苏如皋市海洋船舶设备铸造厂
2002年2月投资修建,7月份正式投产。现在年产量为一万吨各种锚及铸钢件。
本厂近几年来不断投资、发展，总投资1000多万元，现有主体车间8座、电炉2台，60吨、80吨热处理炉2台，20吨行车6台，10吨行车3台，200吨拉力试验机一台，300吨拉力试验机一台，1000吨液压机一台，其它加工设备齐全。本厂检测设备齐全，有万能试验机、投影仪、冲击试验机、磁粉探伤仪、超声波探伤仪、化验仪器等。
本厂已取得了CCS、ABS、LR、GL、NK、BV、KR、DNV、RINA等九家船级社的认可，在2006年12月于南通进行了海上抛锚试验，将各船级的认可扩大至30吨。
本厂主要生产各类船用锚和船用铸钢件，主要产品有霍尔锚、日本无杆锚、海军锚、AC-14大抓力锚、贝尔特脱锚、斯贝克锚、丹福尔锚等几十种铸钢锚和焊接组合锚。本厂可生产的最大的锚为30吨。
厂区占地3.8万平方米，紧邻宁通高速公路二案出口与上海隔江相望，交通十分便利，欢迎海内外各界朋友光临！
Rugao Haiyang Marine Equipment Foundry was established in February, 2002 and was put into production in July the same year. Now the current annual turnover of all types of marine anchors and castings has reached 10,000 metric tons.
The great progress has been made for the past years with the total investment of RMB 10 million. We have 8 major workshops that are equipped with 2 sets of M.F. furnaces, 1 set of each 60T & 80T hest treatment furnace, 6 sets of 20T trolleys, 3 sets of 10T trolleys, 1 set of 200T testing machine, 1 set of 300Ttesting machine, 1 set of 1,000T hydraulic pressing machine and other related processing tools. We are also equipped with multi-purpose testing machines, projectors, impact testing machines, magnetic particle testing device, ultrasonic flaw detector and ultimate analysis instruments.
We have been approved by CCS, ABS, LR, GL, NK, BV, KR,DNV,and RINA.
Our main products are marine and castings. We have been producing all types of anchors like Hall Anchors, Japan Stockless Anchors, Navy Anchors, AC-14HHP Anchors, Spek Anchors, Baldt Stockless Anchors, Danforth Anchors and other fabricated anchors. The biggest anchor available is 30 metric tons.
The foundry has occupied 38,000 square meters which is close to the exit of Nanjing Nantong Highway and faces Shanghai across the Yangtze River. We welcome friends from all over the world to visit our facility. |
